Adding a bit of Melatonin
You’ve probably heard of Melatonin. It’s a hormone that’s produced in humans to control your natural body clock. During daylight hours, your body produces low amounts of Melatonin, and when it’s dark, your body produces higher amounts of Melatonin. This is because it has been proven to help control your body’s natural urge (and need) to sleep. Melatonin is a great signal to your body to sleep. But, it doesn’t necessarily make you fall asleep, make you sleep more deeply, or make you feel more rested. However (!!), combining small amounts of Melatonin with CBN does all of those things.
